This particular piece features a pair of the classic aviator sunglasses sitting upon a window sill. The evening light enters through the window creating a neat display of reflections on the metallic and glass surface of the shades. I’m thinking this is going to be the first of a series involving the classic aviators, so be on the look out for more in the future!

This piece features a vintage, aqua-green teapot sitting upon a white window sill. A low light enters through the window, creating a large display of colors upon the otherwise solid colored object. This piece also has a vast array of value contrasts with shadows and reflections upon the subject’s surface.

This piece features two bottles of dish soap sitting upon a window sill. It also displays a pun on the phrase ‘pride and joy’… I completed this piece in a slightly more loose manner using larger expressive brushstrokes.

RUBBER DUCKY #7 – DUCKY ON A WINDOW SILL
This piece features yet another rubber ducky, my seventh rubber ducky piece that I have completed. This particular ducky is sitting in a little puddle upon a white window sill. The subdued light entering the window from the overcast day creates a light glowing effect on the piece.
